Lots of fun for people wanting to travel and party or travel and be social and make friends. We came on a super rainy day and that did not stop anybody. They are super friendly with travelers and we got free shots! Drinks and food until late, and ping-pong competitions! We really enjoyed our outing here.

Without a doubt the best and most beautiful hostel I have ever been. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food and cocktails are delicious and it’s very nice to be able to drink some cocktails in the jacuzzi in the evening. Also a great number of activities like jetski and kayaking are available. I would recommend this hostel to everyone visiting Guatape. I’m already looking forward to visiting the other Viajero hostels during our trip!

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt very welcomed by everyone. Angela was lovely in the restaurant. Same as Herman at the bar and Alejandra at the reception. Unfortunately I can not remember the other names. The room was great. The pool area nicely arranged…. The beach is not really a beach but you can spend nice time there at the end of the day. Thanks for this lovely experience.

Great break from the busy-ness of Mendellín - perfect views and lovely staff who make this hostel such a great stay. There’s a free shuttle from the Viajero in Medellin and then you can get a shuttle back/to the airport for 50k COP. Had a great time here doing all the activities with Andrea - yoga in the morning, SUP in the afternoon, night challenges and a hike! Also special shoutout to the staff Felipe, Andrea, Lorenza, Alexander (the person with the cute lil puppy!) and Aleja on reception. Would come back for sure - great place to relax dorm rooms are big and nice bathroom. The ladders down from the top bunk do get in the way otherwise everything was perfect.

Absolutely amazing place, my only regret is staying only one night. Staff were all amazing!!! Special mention for Felipe who checked us in, super informative and friendly Andrea taught yoga with such care and elegance. Her attention to detail and guidance through each Asana was just amazing

Amazing hostel, one of the best I’ve been to in South America. Great views over the lake and top staff. Always lots going on day and night to keep you entertained but lovely to relax by the pool and the lake.

I loved the restaurant at Viajeros Guatape, the people serving there are very nice and friendly (Specially Angela, Alejandro and Lorena) and the food is delicious and nutritious and the view is very relaxing
